What is the JET COOL SYSTEM (JECSS) ?

The main function of this system is to control cooling of areas on a die where soldering, shrinkage porosity, or pressure leakage tends to occur. The system is provided with a high pressure cooling pump and an over-cooling prevention control circuit. Cooling of a small diameter core pin was not possible in the past, but this system enables that cools intermittently by running high-pressure water over thin metal core pins, mainly with an external diameter of 4mm to 10mm. What is the CLOSED JET COOL SYSTEM?

A system that repeatedly uses cooling water that circulates in a closed circuit without changing the functions of the conventional JET COOL SYSTEM.
The water circulates in a closed circuit to prevent contamination from the outside.
In addition, it has the same pin cooling capacity as the M20 type and is primarily suitable for casting machines of the 800t class.
